Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your order’s delivery if they are in new, unused condition with tags still attached. If an item does not meet your expectations, please see the options below:

Exchanges

1.Eligible products in new condition may be exchanged for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery. 2.Email NyliecoCustomerCare@bwow.com to start the exchange process and get your prepaid shipping label. 3.Once your returned item is received by our warehouse, your replacement will be processed and shipped to you.

Store Credit

1.In lieu of replacements, virtual gift card store credit is issued for eligible returned merchandise. 2.Store credit will be emailed to you in the amount of the returned items to use for future purchases. 3.NylieCo store credit does not expire. For quality assurance reasons, NylieCo does not offer refunds on purchases. However, we stand behind our activewear designed for confidence and comfort.
